In an era marked by accelerated digital transformation and the rapid integration of intelligent technologies into all sectors of society, technological innovation and digital security have become strategic priorities for academia, business, and public institutions. The convergence of Artificial Intelligence, data-driven decision-making, smart infrastructures, and interconnected digital ecosystems generates unprecedented opportunities, while simultaneously amplifying cyber risks and social challenges. Addressing these dynamics requires a comprehensive, interdisciplinary, and forward-looking approach.
The Department of Information Technology and Information Management at ASEM, in collaboration with Bucharest University of Economic Studies (Romania), D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics (Bulgaria), Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Romania), Odesa National University of Technology (Ukraine), University of National and World Economy (Bulgaria), University of Insurance and Finance (Bulgaria), and University of Kalisz (Poland), is organizing the International Scientific Conference “Technological Innovations and Digital Security”. The conference provides an academic platform dedicated to fundamental and applied research in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Emerging Technologies, and Cybersecurity.
The mission of the conference is to foster scientific excellence, interdisciplinary dialogue, and international collaboration, encouraging the exchange of research results and best practices among scholars, IT specialists, economists, policymakers, and industry representatives. By integrating technological innovation with digital security and societal impact, the conference aims to establish a sustainable academic forum that critically examines both the opportunities and the risks associated with intelligent digital ecosystems and supports the development of resilient, secure, and ethically grounded technological solutions.

Registration for the conference is expected until APRIL 30, 2026.
